The Shining: Teaser Trailer Storyboard
For the teaser trailer I have decided to use contrapuntal and fast paced music to be used in time with footage, as well as it contrasting against the stereotypical horror/thriller type shots of blood and characters screaming. As the music begins to pick up pace and reaches a crescendo, so will the shots. I wanted to have footage from the official trailer of the blood gushing from the elevator doors cutting in between to create a sense of parallel settings and to create the enigma of why it is happening.
